I’ve been juicing for a while now, so the really heavy bitter greens like kale and swiss chard taste great to me. For a juicing novice, it’s much more palatable to ease your way into the process with a more mild juice. This juice is light, sweet and a perfect first time juicers.
1 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
2 organic broccoli stalks
1 small green apple (peeled if not organic)
1 tablespoon protein powder (I like hemp powder )
Juice all ingredients. Add the protein powder and whisk together until combined. Enjoy!
