pain above right pelvis,lower back and belly button

i have had this pain for about 3 weeks now it started aboue my left pelvis about 3 weeks ago now it has moved to my lower back and to the right of my belly button it is not constant but a shooting pain that sometimes is very painfull and sometimes not. i have the contraseptive implant and have had a bit of slight bleeding for 2 days but only spotting i went to the doctors and they toorine sample but it came back normal for and there was no uti do you have any suggestions as to what it might be?
