I was nominated for the "One Lovely Blog" award by Rachelle at Livin The Fit Life - Thanks for the nomination. Now to make my acceptance speech, wait I don't get to ramble on and bore you. No, but I do get to share some random facts with you. Who doesn't love talking about themselves right.
Ok so here are the rules:
Post the award logo and picture on your blog and link back to the person who nominated you.
Tell seven things about yourself.
Nominate up to 15 additional bloggers whom you think deserve the award.
Post a comment on the blog of each nominee to tell them they have been nominated!
Here we go 7 things about me
I don't like mushrooms
I do like all things coffee
My favorite colors growing up were Teal and Pink. I thought I was going to buy teal and pink scooters and my boyfriend I would ride them around. I think I was 7 or 8 when I had this wonderful idea.
My parents cut my hair in a pixie cut when I was 6, after that everyone thought my brother and I were identical twins. Meaning I was a boy! Yea, that is good for the self-esteem.
I was in Awana's when I was younger, my friend and I did the 3-legged race at the Awana Olympics.
I once hit a kid between the eyes with a rock. In full disclosure we were at camp and they were throwing pine cones. We asked them to stop, they didn't. We told them to stop, they didn't. I warned before I tossed the rock at him - I didn't think I was going to hit him in the face. After that they didn't throw any more pine cones at the girls.
I took Karate in college as a PE credit. I lasted 3 classes before I was asked to try a different class. I just couldn't be serious about it. I didn't have the respect for the class that the teach wanted. I get it giggling and laughing while doing he moves is polite and acting like a Ninja is rude, I guess. Oh well I got the PE credit by taking volleyball instead.
Then I have to nominate 15 other bloggers - yikes that is a lot. How about 10 instead. I am nominating by people who have commented on my blog recently. I would love to hear more about you, since you read about me:
