Missed two periods and brown discharge!?

Well my last period was the end of May and its now about to be August. I've had intercourse once but that was just a while ago. Lat week i had brown and pinkish discharge but it stopped. Now the brown discharge is back a little. i took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I also took a test at a clinic and negative too. What's going on???
