Lump on inner thigh?

Lump on crease if thigh,  has blood under skin because its black and when i punctured it, very little blood came out.  Now it is warm to the touch and is red around it like an infection.  It is oblong under the skin and it does hurt when i touch it.  Any suggestions on what it could be?
