Levoxyl and Vitamins and Herbs

When taking levoxyl and have a cold/cough  can vitamins...herbs or herbal cough drops interact with levoxyl? I know that one should wait at least 1 hour to take multivitamin...but Im not clear on other over the counter things. Example I hve a bad cough and took my levoxyl does it matter if I have a herbal cough drop or tea shortly after taking levoxyl ?? How concerned does one have to be about what to take with and timeframe?
