Lemonade for Puffy Face

Most women develop facial puffiness after consuming foods rich in carbs. Large amounts of carbs can make the face bloated with lymph fluids. You will notice this especially during holidays or after a party when you have eaten too much carbs. To deflate puffiness, lemonade does the trick. Freshly squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice, mix with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey. 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 8 oz of water. Sip a glass before having breakfast and lunch.
