large lump under right rib cage with no pain, shortness of breath

  I have a lump under my right rib cage that is getting bigger.  There is no pain with it, but I do have a lot of shortness of breath of which I contributed to my weight gain.  I am also out of shape.  Recently when I just bend over I become short of breath.  Does anyone know what this might be?
