keeping the weight off is hard.

I went to the doctor, and the doctor said that I needed to lose about 20 pounds. Right now my weight is 190, and I had dropped about 10 pounds. I have easily picked that weight back up. I also went back to eating the same foods that I was eating that put the weight back on me. So I have made a pledge to  eat better and keep the weight off.
