itchy spots in pubic area

I am a 19yr old female and I'm not sexually active. I have got 4-6 spots in the pubic area which are really itchy. They have been there about a week and are really irritating. I haven't shaved the area for a couple of months so I don't think it could be that and I don't use any strange soaps or other products around the area. The spots and the surrounding area also seem quite dry. Please let me know what you think it is and what I can do!!!
