itching in armpits,feet, hands, arms

began with simple feet and hands itching badly throughout the day.  By day three the armpits began to itch.  At this point there was no sign of hives, bumps, nor swelling and Benadyrl seem to surpress it for a short while.  The doctor gave me Xanax for anxiety.  Took it and then the itching spread to other parts of body such as neck, buttocks with a cluster of white raised bumps, inner arm where it bends but with long raised streeks and white bumps which dissappear after a spell and itching subsides.  Head itches more today also.  Tops of feet began to turn read when itchy whereas before it was only the soles itching.
