This week I humbly started the C25K. First goal to stop using the treadmill handrails. I have an addiction to holding on. I don't need to hold on, but my hands just go there. Monday and today I kept telling myself to get my hands of the treadmill over and over in my head. I can say that I successfully didn't use them once.

I know its the little things right. For Tuesday's workout I got on my spin bike. Sadly, in my 40 minutes of spinning I only burned 250 calories per my heart rate monitor. I need to step it up a bit, in order to help with that I downloaded and interval timer for my phone. This should help me when I crank up the resistance to keep focused.
Next up, goals. I really need to set some goals to get me through the rest of the year. Especially with all the food filled holiday's on the way.
