is there an explanation for chest pain accompanied by shortness of breath, dizziness, lightheadedness adn feinting?

I have seen 3 GP's, an A&E doctor and a specialist! I've had 2 ECG's, 2 chest ultrasounds and a chest x-ray, all of them were clear except for the second ultrasound which showed that I probably have a Bicuspid Aortic Valve but that doesn't explain the chest pain and shouldn't affect me yet!
