I am 29 years old. My period is due today. I have been experiencing cramps and sharp pains in my lower abdomen for almost a week. Today my period was due but instead i got a thick discharge of blood clots for the first 3 hours followed by a dark brown discharge and that was it. I am however still experiencing cramps
