I know I sound like a broken record, but it's probably best to go see your primary care physician for a diagnosis and possible treatment. The list of possibilities is vast. If you're describing red spots on the (dry) skin and not mucous membranes (the moist skin), then it could be as benign as folliculitis or infection of hair follicles. If you have (had) a sexual partner and you're describing sore spots on the mucous membranes inside your vagina, then we need to worry about sexually transmitted diseases, which definitely need to be treated. Since I can't tell which you're describing, best to go see your doc. Besides, I wouldn't be able to treat you over the Internet anyway. Good luck!
