Is it more on one side than the other? Does it happen around the time of ovulation? It could be ovarian cysts. They are very common, and very painful for a lot of women. I would start a log noting times/days that you have the pain. If it persists go to your OB/GYN and ask about having an ultrasound to see if you have ovarian cysts.
