I have knee and ankle pain spots all over legs, ankle is swollen

started with my kneee, couldn't bend it without it hurting. The same thing happened in my other knee. Now my knees aren't so bad, but my ankle is swollen and i can't walk on it. There are red spots of all sizes starting at my ankles and some on my feet up to my thighs on both legs.
