I have this also. Told that it is mammalary tissue. I have gained and lost weight with no change to the swelling. But, when I gave birth to my son the area filled with milk also and it looked like golf ball under my armpits...very painful. So I believe the breast tissue thing but I don't want that under my arm it is ugly and I cannot wear shirts that show that area because it looks awful.

fatty swelling in left armpit more than the right side. no knots in either side, annoyed by the swelling. wonder if should worry about this.
