Best to get evaluated by your family physician.  Why?  Any time someone reports their abdomen feeling hard to touch, it makes me think of an acute or surgical abdomen.  Rigid abdominal muscles are used to protect the contents.  Any rapid de/accelerative movement can cause pain, even as simple as a heel tap or landing hard on one's heels after standing on the balls of one's feet.

Stomach cramps can be due to a multitude of issues but I worry about peptic ulcer disease that can perforate and require surgical intervention.  Pancreatic issues can radiate to the back but again require emergent evaluation & treatment.

Good luck!
