This vaginal bleeding is constant and I have had the longest time without bleeding be approx 3 weeks. This bleeding fluctuates from light to heavy with clots with no warning. I am frequently light headed with irregular heart palpitations and occasionally have nausea and vomiting. My vision seems to have gotten worse as I have noticed that my reading glasses are needing to be bought at a stronger strength.
