i have a severe rash in my groin area, but it is only on the left side. it is painfull, and the skin has become really thin...

I have also had a boil type spot on my pubic area, near the groin twice in last 6 months. It is extreemly Itchy. I do keep the area clean, I shower regularly, and make sure the area is dried throughly. I also use emmoliants- otherwise the skin  becomes dry and taught.
