I have a question about bone pain.

 I have pain on the inside of my right ring finger last knuckle, but not in the joint, the outside of the bone- it's been getting worse - kind of only hurts when it's bumped and it's developing a slight bump.  I've been waiting to see if it heals by itself but it hasn't.  Suggestions?

I'm a 40 year old female that has asthma - that's it.  Thanks!
