yes it could be genital warts, if its small &it doesnt look infected or unnatural, it looks like a raise bump on your skin the same color as your skin &if it doesnt hurt or if you dont have puss or blood coming from the lump then its probably genital warts. you should deffinitly go to a obgyn clinic & get yourself checked out.
