I have a lump in my thoat ,not painfull,below adams apple area.not visable from the out side ,but i feel it in there even when i am not swallowing ,i've only noticed it in the past few weeks ,i had a cold and at first i just thought it was flem that was stuck . It seems to be getting bigger and i plan on haceing it checked out ,but i would like to be prepared .what could this be ?
