I have a large lump inside of my vagina and it sticks out some and it hurts what do i do and what is it?

the lump inside my vagina hurts really bad when i sit an felx i dont know what it is i have had it off and on for about 6 months its kinda large sticks out some and itches a little bit but hurts very much
