I had an endometrial thermal ablation on 12/12, followed by a uterine infection. Continue to have unrelenting groin pain?

Anytime pain is unrelenting, something's not right, regardless of whether you had a procedure or not.  You need to get evaluated by your family physician and/or gynecologist (or whoever performed the procedure).  Just like with your earlier cramping & foul odor discharge, you need to find out from the surgeon what to expect after the operation and what symptoms need to be brought to his/her attention and which can be ignored.  This is part of proper pre- & post-operative care.  Good luck!
