Ummm . . . you only have one what? One breast? Why? Breast cancer? Your breast can become swollen & tender in response to estrogen. But I would expect you to notice this cyclically then. Your breast could also become swollen & tender if you were lactating but then developed mastitis which is an infection of your milk glands. Another reason for swelling & tenderness is inflammatory breast cancer. Best to go see your family doctor for an examination. Good luck!
