how to treat spider veins/and brusies on my foot and big toe and toe next to my big toe

hello im 27 and work in a restrunt and the floor is very hard and it is causeing me to have spider vains is their anything that i can do to help them go away and prevent them,and what can i do about my feet their bruises on it
