How can I lower TSH levels naturally, without medication?

Sorry but I'm not aware of any supplement to lower TSH.  Since iodine is necessary for thyroid function, there are some who theorize that we need more iodine for healthier thyroids.  However, it's not clear how much iodine is needed.  Whatever you decide, be sure to check your TSH regularly.  It usually takes about 6 weeks for your body to reach steady state, at least with regards to medication.  Good luck!
