help with birth control side effects

I recently wrote a blog and noticed it wasnt for anyone to answer back cus i had no friends on here yet. But i took this birth control for a month i think its called aveon. I took it at night and i didnt realli notice anything but i started to wake up a nervouse wreck trembling sweating in middle of the night and tiered n cloudy throughout the day i thought it was my anti depressant medication that stopped working afte 8 years so i went to my phyciatrist and she put me on effexor and it works good but im on the low dose havnt upgraded it so it feels like it leaves my system faster. anyways i totally forgot that i was on birthcontrol and it seemed liked hormone reactions so i stopped taking it and its gotten better but i wake up still nervouse and i tremble a little its been 2 nights since i been off of it, how long does it take to get out of your system so i can feel happy again
