Growing and Swollen Breast in 45 year old!..Why?

i am a 45 year old African American who recently, withing the last 6 months have experienced growing and painful breast that get bigger every week..I have had a mammogram that came back negative. I am about to lose my mind! What is wrong with me? PLEASE help! I have always had a small chest 32 or 36 A. I never had to wear a bra but now I do
