Red Hot Hearts : Women’s Detox & Cardiovascular Health Tele-Series
“Love is the greatest refreshment in life.”
I’ve been talking a lot about my upcoming Red Hot Hearts Tele-Series lately. February is traditionally filled with frilly Valentine’s, brightly colored greeting cards, and boxes of sweet treats for friends and lovers. But this February I want to help a select group of 20 women (there are only 15 spots left!) to transform their health so they can avoid the #1 killer of Americans.
February is also Wear Red For Heart Disease month. I’m inspired by the wear red campaign because I know many women and families in the US, Europe, Canada, and Australia who have been affected by this mostly preventable disease.
In cultures where unrefined, whole foods are eaten, heart disease barely exists. Early in my career I read a book by Dr. Dean Ornish titled “Reversing Heart Disease.” He proved that with a low-fat, plant-based diet, and other easy techniques and tools, people can halt and reverse heart disease.
In this 8 week tele-series starting 2/15, the day after Valentine’s, we’ll start a fun, tasty adventure together that will give you tools, support, and guidance to transform your health.
- We’ll create delicious vitality every tele-class by learning about foods that have been used for centuries to improve cardiovascular health
- I’ll take you on a virtual tour of your grocery store and you’ll learn about what foods you can start including from day 1 that are used around the world to gently cleanse the body while protecting heart health
