21 yr old not-pregnant/breastfeeding female, not on BCPs or any other meds: I occasionally have some breast soreness correlated with my cycle, but for five days now, the tenderness is an intense throbbing pain. My breasts are swollen and feel warm. My nipples are extra sensitive and itchy almost. Today I took my temp and it was 99.9. Is this just some hormonal flux that I need to endure, or what?
