Happiness is on my mind. The beginning of my most recent Facebook post reads; "I am so happy - blessed with many great and loving friends who made my 60th birthday party so wonderful and fun"
Although I still have a few more days until I am officially 60, being feted by loving family and friends is a great reminder of the power positive social networks have on our happiness quotient.
I came across this article in Science News , which reminds us that we can't and don't feel happy all the time. So, I think that when it shows up we should bask in it as long as possible.
