I'm currently taking prescription antibiotics for my acne and my period finished a few days ago, but since it finished, my back has been incredibley achey (like when I was preggers) and my lower abdomen feels achey and out of place, too. All of which I thought was normal until I got this thick clump of brown discharge yesterday. I've never had that before. I'm still sore, its not possible for me to be preggers, what could it be and do I need to see my dr?
