I have had pain bloating distention for three weeks now in the abdominal, mostly colon bowel area, and no appetite, every time I try and eat it causes all the listed symptoms this morning my bowel movement has a foul odor to it, could I have I.B. S. and a bowel infection?? I just saw a G.I doc and had an endoscopy which showed nothing. Im scheduled for a colonoscopy on Dec 1st but need answers before then.
