today i woke up had cramps simalar to menstral cramps but worse it was so bad it hurt to stand i get chills cold sweats and feel like im going to vomit is this some sort of infection this has a happened a few times not in the same week or not even the same month it could be 3 months im 25 years old i have no kids is this some sort of gynological problem.
