My chest feels tight and heavy. The left side of my shoulder, like under my shoulder blade hurts when I move it a certain way. I spit up some mucus and I feel it go down my throat draining. I do smoke cigarettes but I only smoke 5 a day. I'm not sure what is going on with me. Does anyone have any ideas?
