hello as i suffer with headaches, anxiety and endometriosis and (what my gp thinks to be)IBS, i recently changed my diet removing wheat-dairy-sugar-yeast-gluten.
this month one day before(thursday) my period started i suffered from burning pain between rib cage . i was wakened up at 6.30 am and pain continue till 8.30am after went down a lot leaving a rumbling sensation in the abdomen. at 12 pm came back aain but less strong and quiker to go. since then on/off during these days i felt a mild burning sensation. i seem to recall to experience something similar in the past, usually first day od period but less strong. there is to note that in the past, at first symptom of period pain, i took painkillers... this month i try to come off them using food supplement and a hot water bottle.
is there anyone who experience the same thing? GP keeps saying it's ibs and that IBS can be trigger by period but pain is more similar to indigestion and it can't be as i watch what i eat.
i'm worried as i have been taking ibuprofen and paracetamol normal dose during period and for headaches for 12 years it might be an ulcer , i am also a very anxious person.
