brown discharge

I have been taking the pill for over a year now. I never miss pills, although last month i took two pills on one day by accident and so finished my packet a day early. I am now a few days off the end of this packet and am getting a brown discharge, what can this mean? I had sex 2 weeks into this packet.(a few days ago. Please help?
