blood clot?

 I have Behcet's Disease and think I may have  ablood clot in my laft arm. there is a slight lump under the skin that is warm to the tough and very painful. it burns and is sending pain thru my whole arm, also my hand is numb and my arm feels heavy. does this sound like a clot? should i go to er or wait to see doc in morning?
