I don't think so. Menses are notoriously irregular. Their timing can be easily upset by stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid disease, etc. Of course, they'll be delayed by about 9 months during pregnancy. However, swollen lymph nodes in the groin area are not typically associated with any of the above but rather with (sexually transmitted) infection.
