They grab you because the label will say 50-60% less calories. This may be true and they tout them as lower in calorie than regular juice but they are not considered low calorie beverages. Beware, light juices have anywhere from 60-90 calories per 8 oz. and have carb contents of 15-25 g. This is not a product that you want to have many servings per day because those calories and carbs will add up. A few 8 oz. glasses per day will add an additional 200-300 extra calories per day to your dietary intake.
