My initial blood serum levels showed very low estradial, progesterone and testosterone levels (low end of postmenopause range). The initial prescription was E2/E3 .25 mg daily cream and progesterone 20mg per day. After 2 months, the saliva tests reported extraordinary high levels of all hormones.
