yes, I have endured three in the last eight months.
How do you do your stress test? I wanted to know other options. I'm using  Stress Monitor but I'm not quite sure what are the other options? My husband went to the Heart Wizard presentation in local health club where he get a chance to try Heart Wizard's Stress Monitor. He couldn't get off the "Severe" level and the tool complained a lot about that. And 2 days later he got a heart attack... Luckily he's fine now but we bought Heart Wizard immediately after that and constantly monitor our stress levels... However can anyone please advice on other options? Thanks
