I have the same problem, it's started all of a sudden, now the joints on two of my fingers are swollen and stiff. Worse in the mornings and experience pins and needles in both my hands when I'm assleep.

Most related questtions seem to have problems after an injury but this just started all of a sudden and seems to be spreading and getting worse. Any advice?
