I am a busy mom and wife and work full time as part of a helpdesk support team. I have in my home, 3 children all old enough to be looking after themselves, a neurotic dog, a senagal parrot, a rat and a large aquarium. I have spent about 6yrs in martial arts attaining my black belt in Shotokan/Shto Ryu karate. The last year has been especially tough with a back problem that had me unable to walk far.
