Our outdoor physical training program accommodates all fitness levels, and ages combining cardiovascular and anaerobic workouts. Activities include strength training, calisthenics, short distance runs, hikes, stair climbing, fitness related games/competitions, muscle conditioning, body sculpting with weights, abdominal work, nutritional guidance, fitness assessment, with optional measurements & body fat analysis. We offer affordable and effective programs for adults, teens, & children. Everyone is able to work at their own pace and no one is judged by their inability to perform certain exercises. We’re all just equals having fun and striving on bettering ourselves-though you will be encouraged to push yourself so you can see how tough you really are!
