i have a bad pain in my inner upper rt thigh
it started about 3 months ago i thought it would go away. it has only gotten more aggravating and worse. it hurts to squat or walk. when i sleep it wakes me up and i cant bend it from the pelvis i can bend it backwards but not front wards. it seems like it may be a pinched nerve. my daughter came down...crap

Workout method
Is is harmful to do a workout in which the upper body and lower body is integrated into one thing? Like do a set of curls, then a set of squats. In other words, constantly be working a muscle but from a different part of the body. Is this bad good, or just the same as a normal workout.

butt-wasting

are squats a good exercise for OA knees
Are squats with weights (not heavy) an effective exercise for OA knees? I have OA in both knees and have been doing leg lifts with weights which has helped my pain tremendously. This consists of light weight with hi reps, normally 20 to 30. I'm anxious to improve even further with a tolerable program. I live...crap
