Taebo - billy blanks cardio workout
4 sets flat bench dumbbell... power yoga (30 minutes)
winsor pilates buns and thigh
and some squats, lunges and calves raising
Day...crap

High Blood Pressure - when should I be worried?
During a normal workoutroutine I had a severe headache come on with in seconds. I was dizzy, faint, short of breath . I went to the doctor and she said my blood pressure was high and put me back on meds. This was 5 days ago. I've checked my blood pressure daily and it remains high. I'm weak, light...crap
